Rattlers’ Purify named Playmaker of the Week

Arizona Rattlers wide receiver Maurice Purify was singled
out by the Arena Football League for his Week 5 performance
in a win over the Spokane Shock.
Purify caught 10 passes for 205 yards and three touchdowns
in the Rattlers’ dramatic 57-54 win earning him the AFL Playmaker of
the Week Award.
Purify, the league’s reigning Rookie of the Year, leads the
league in receiving yards, averaging 148.2 yards per game.
Purify and the Rattlers (3-1)travel to Iowa to battle the
Barnstormers Saturday in Des Moines.
