Arizona Rattlers to make four appearances on CBS Sports Network in 2013

The Arizona Rattlers claimed Arena Bowl XXV in 2012, and in doing so have earned some well-deserved spotlight heading into the Arena Football’s League’s 19-week season.

The AFL announced Thursday that the Rattlers will be featured on the CBS Sports Network four times (March 23 vs. Philadelphia Soul, April 6 vs. San Jose SaberCats, June 22 at San Jose SabeCats and July 6 at Orlando Predators) during 2013.

The Rattlers’ nationally-televised home opener against the Soul is a rematch of last year’s Arena Bowl. Ironically, that game was the only time during their 2012 championship run that the Rattlers were shown on national television.

Along with the Rattlers, the Soul and SaberCats are both featured four times on the CBS Sports Network.
