Phoenix Coyote is better at hockey than the weather

You ever hear the phrase, “don’t quit your day job”?
Well, it fits for Phoenix Coyotes winger Mikkel Boedker.
Boedker took a break from hockey to do the weather update for ABC 15 in Phoenix and, well, he wasn’t too good at it.
Don’t get us wrong, he was funny. But we have a feeling lines like “Grand Canyon’s gonna be cold, so don’t go out there, and if you go out there, go for five minutes because that’s all it takes to see the Grand Canyon” along with “There’s not much out in Gilbert” are not likely to win many viewers over.
But hey, it was worth a shot.
