Odds for Super Bowl LIII have already been released by Bovada and the Cardinals are listed at 50/1 to hoist the Lombardi Trophy.

Only six teams in the NFL have worse odds than the Cardinals to win next year’s Super Bowl. Those teams are the Browns, Bears, Jets, Dolphins, Bengals and Bills.

Every team in the NFC West has better odds than the Cardinals. The Rams were listed at 18/1, the 49ers were listed at 18/1, and the Seahawks were listed at 28/1.

The Rams and 49ers were surprise teams in 2017 as both entered the year with new head coaches. The Rams won the NFC West with an 11-5 record while the 49ers won their last five games of the season after trading for quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo.

The Seahawks missed the playoffs in 2017, the first time since the 2011 season.

A full coaching staff turnover and new starting quarterback are probably the driving factors as to why the Cardinals’ odds are so low.

However, the Cardinals were one of the most banged up teams in 2017 and still fought their way to an 8-8 record behind one of the best defenses in the league.

Not only will most of the defense return in 2018, but All-Pro running back David Johnson is set to return after missing 15 games last season.

New England is listed with the best odds to win Super Bowl LIII after losing to Philadelphia 41-33 in Super Bowl LII on Sunday. The Super Bowl champion Eagles are listed at 9/1 to repeat their title run.

Despite missing the playoffs in 2017, the Green Bay Packers are tied with the Eagles for the second-best odds to win it all at 9/1. Quarterback Aaron Rodgers missed nine games in the 2017 season and should return to full strength in 2018 for Green Bay.

The Vikings and Steelers round out the top five with 12/1 odds.

Super Bowl LIII will be played in Atlanta in the new Mercedes-Benz Stadium. The Falcons’ odds to win it all next year are 18/1.
