Josh Allen is using the NFL Combine to his advantage showcasing his superior size and arm strength alongside fellow quarterback prospects.
NFL Network analyst Mike Mayock even went so far to say that Allen compared favorably to Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz.
“Physically, what I would tell you, Allen’s got a better arm and he’s a better athlete, believe it or not,” Mayock said to NFL.com.

Allen had the best scores of all quarterbacks in both the vertical (33.5 inches) and broad jump (119 inches) and the third fastest 40-yard dash time of 4.75 seconds.
But what he might have impressed people the most was when the quarterbacks hit the field in day two of the combine and one of the most impressive throws of the day was Allen’s bomb to Texas A&M wide receiver Christian Kirk.
Amazing stuff from Josh Allen at the NFL Combine. Has looked the best out of the first group. Baker, Rudolph and Rosen are in the second group. pic.twitter.com/sjxQbHeEor

Allen has been linked to the Cardinals, who have the 15th pick in the upcoming NFL Draft, in more mock drafts than any other player.
After his performance at the combine, analysts are questioning if Allen could be selected by the Browns with the first overall pick.
There’s plenty of reasons not to like the idea of Josh Allen to the #Browns. However, he does display some characteristics that are intriguing. As a result, don’t dismiss him as an option in round 1.https://t.co/tkE4rtv2aa

Overall, it seems as though Allen has impressed more than one person with his arm strength at the the combine.
A 70-yard teardrop by Josh Allen. First crowd eruption of #NFLCombine2018. Wow. 👀

Proposed addendum to the throwing drills: Quarterbacks throw each other. How far could Josh Allen throw Baker Mayfield?
