Baker Mayfield met a psychic who predicted him going to the Cardinals

Former Oklahoma Sooners quarterback and potential first-round draft pick Baker Mayfield sat down with a psychic and he was creeped out by the results.
Mayfield’s reaction to how believable the psychic was is noteworthy because at the end of the video, he picked a card to reveal his team and it was the Arizona Cardinals.
The video from the NFL shows Mayfield sitting down with Lee Ann Cornell, a psychic from the Pyramid of Enlightenment, at the NFL Combine.
In the beginning, Mayfield looks admittedly a bit doubtful of Cornell, who starts right away with making sure Mayfield knows she’s for real by saying Mayfield is a high-energy person who hates people who lack productivity. Mayfield’s face says she is telling the truth.

Cornell runs through a bunch of cards that say emotions and attributes Mayfield possesses. From having a lot of money in the future to being in the NFL and having success in his first season, Cornell has Mayfield a bit spooked.
A highlight is when Mayfield hears of his supposed success in his rookie year and he immediately asks if it means the team is winning a lot of games.
Cornell continues to nail Mayfield’s state, including a palm reading that says he’s good at talking to the media, he grew up with money around him and that he won’t let it go to his head once he gets some more from his first NFL contract.
Mayfield admits that it’s accurate. He was freaked out by one of the cards displaying his family behind him, as he is worried about his mom’s reactions if he doesn’t handle something correctly.
“You’re very good at what you do,” he said to Cornell.
That leads to the ending, where Mayfield picks from a large set of cards to reveal which team Cornell predicts him to be picked by.
Mayfield has a noticeable reaction of disbelief when he sees it is the Cardinals.
If Mayfield winds up in Arizona, Cardinals fans will be happy to hear that Cornell ends the video by saying she sees a Super Bowl in his future.
