A member of the 2017 Arizona Cardinals O-Line is heading to the midwest.
Free agent Earl Watford has reached a one-year deal with the Chicago Bears, the team announced Tuesday.
Watford also took to Twitter, tweeting out “GSH,” which are the initials for former Bears owner George Stanley Halas, Tuesday morning before posting how excited he was to head to Chicago.
The lineman took time to thank the Cardinals organization and its fans as well.

The terms of the one-year deal were not disclosed.
Watford started 22 out of the 42 games he played in over the span of four seasons with Arizona.
In 2017, he made nine starts, playing a total of 10 games after numerous injuries hit the O-Line.
Watford’s departure doesn’t come as much surprise after the Cardinals solidified their O-Line during the offseason, adding Justin Pugh and Andre Smith in March.
