Grant Hill yearning to join a contender?

It has been widely assumed that Suns forward Grant Hill would finish his career in the Valley of the Sun.

The Suns have expressed a desire to bring the veteran back, and he seems to enjoy playing alongside Steve Nash.

However, Hill wants to win a championship, and he may have to leave Phoenix to do it. A free agent, Hill could do just that, and HoopsWorld’s Alex Kennedy thinks he might.

In a chat with readers, Kennedy said, “I’ve been told a few times this summer that Grant Hill wants to join a contender, and that there’s mutual interest in Miami.”

This isn’t the first time Hill has been connected to the Heat, and like most places he’d be a great fit there.

It all really comes down to what the 38-year-old values more: comfort and security or a chance at a championship.
