Devin Booker, KAT take on Lopez twins on Jimmy Kimmel

Jun 4, 2018, 8:17 AM

Devin Booker has been spending quite a bit of time this offseason with his old Kentucky buddy, Karl-Anthony Towns.

At one moment when Booker wasn’t busy trolling NBA fans about Towns’ reported sourness with the Minnesota Timberwolves and the assumed potential for the duo to team up in Phoenix, they teamed up on Jimmy Kimmel Live over the weekend to take on the Lopez twins, Brook and Robin, in a College Knowledge segment.

Competing in a trivia contest, the Lopez twins took a quick lead before Towns and Booker gained their footing.

“Six months, man. That’s all I did,” Booker said of his limited college knowledge after stepping away from the podium, causing Kimmel to ask him if he’d decided not to play.

But redemption would come.

Booker and Towns caught up, knowing Pennsylvania is the only state that starts with a P and then knowing Poseidon is the god of the sea in Greek mythology.

In the end, a tiebreaker question was answered correctly by both teams, leaving them tied at the end.

For their competitiveness, both teams were awarded a mini-fridge, which is probably going to fit in their living quarters that are no longer dorm rooms.
