Jay Cutler is as enthusiastic about reality TV as he is about football

If it’s been a drag without a shameless reality TV show to watch — four whole months since “The Bachelor” wrapped Season 22 — might we suggest “Very Cavallari”?
Cavallari would refer to one Kristin Cavallari. She’s a very busy businesswoman who, as you might’ve guessed, is featured in the show that premiered Sunday. She also happens to be married to former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler.
Cutler might need a life intervention, because it seems the former Dolphins, Bears and Broncos quarterback is — unlike his wife — not busy at all.

“I’m not really looking to do a lot of work right now. I’m looking to do the exact opposite of that,” Cutler says when asked by Cavallari if he just might get bored in his post-NFL career by doing nothing.
But it’s not just apathetic smoking Jay Cutler we’re talking about here.
It’s awkward and borderline rude Jay Cutler that made an appearance.
At one point with Cavallari’s friends arriving at their house, Cutler’s wife asks him to be nice.
“I’m going to be neutral,” he says before not saying anything to the three women who greet Cavallari.

“I give more byes than his,” he explains, denying that he was “awkward” in the non-exchange.
Here is an exchange we can label as very awkward.

Anyway, maybe this is just Jay’s dry sense of humor. Probably not though!
If there’s any reason to tune in, it’s to root for Cavallari getting the bored, awkward Jay out of the house and into a post-NFL life so she can go about her business of actually doing things.
