NFL analyst Bucky Brooks published a list of five players, each from a different position, who is likely to be a first-ballot Hall of Famers.

Any guesses who the wide receiver was?

Here’s a hint: He has the third-most receptions (1,234) and receiving yards (15,545) in NFL history, and is only 92 receptions and 389 yards shy of taking second place in both categories.

The player’s 110 receiving touchdowns is the eighth-most of all time.

He has played his entire career for one team.

“No. 11 has quietly put together one of the best careers by a wide receiver in NFL history,” Brooks, a scout and former NFL player, wrote.

Larry Fitzgerald is as close a lock to the Hall of Fame as any receiver has been in the history of the game.

It’s not just offseason stats for the long-time Cardinal, though. He’s made the most of his playoff appearances.

“He has been a model of consistency at the position, with a transcendent postseason performance — Fitz piled up a whopping 546 receiving yards and seven touchdowns in the 2008 playoffs — that cemented his status as an all-time great.”

If he became an all-time great in the 2009 playoffs, what did the next decade do for his legacy?
