Trivia Tuesday: Cardinals’ longest touchdowns since 1988
Sep 11, 2018, 6:00 AM
You wouldn’t know it from Sunday’s season-opening loss to the Washington Redskins, but the Arizona Cardinals have shown big-play capability during their history.
In fact, since the team moved to the Grand Canyon State in 1988, Cardinals players have scored 27 offensive touchdowns that have covered at least 65 yards. Not surprisingly, most of them (24, to be exact) have been passing plays. The other three were runs.
That’s your Trivia Tuesday challenge this week — name the players that scored them.
We’ve supplied you with the length of the touchdown, whether it was a run or a pass, the position of the player who scored it and the date and opponent. Come on, that’s a lot of hints!
Oh, you’ve also got seven minutes on the clock.
Good luck, and enjoy this trip down memory lane!
