Former Phoenix Suns guard Shaquille Harrison signed with the Chicago Bulls, according to the team.
The Suns waived Harrison on Monday, one of their last moves before they finalized their regular season roster ahead of Wednesday’s season opener.
Harrison was in contention for minutes at point guard, but ultimately lost out to Isaiah Canaan, Jamal Crawford and Elie Okobo.
Harrison averaged 6.6 points, 2.4 assists and 2.7 rebounds in 23 games last season after a promotion from the G-League.
He played four times in the preseason for the Suns, averaging 7.5 points, 3.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists with 2.5 turnovers.
Omer Asik will be waived to create a roster spot for Harrison, according to The Athletic’s Shams Charania.
