GLENDALE, Ariz. — The Arizona Cardinals will be without starting left tackle D.J. Humphries (knee) and kicker Phil Dawson (hip) on Sunday against the Oakland Raiders.

Rookie Korey Cunningham will start in place of Humphries, and rookie kicker Matt McCrane, who spent training camp and preseason with Arizona, will be the Cardinals’ kicker.

It will be McCrane’s first NFL action since hitting a field goal as a member of the Raiders on Oct. 14 in a 27-3 loss to the Seattle Seahawks.

On Saturday, the Cardinals signed McCrane and elevated pass-rusher Vontarrius Dora from the practice squad as Dawson, safety Rudy Ford (heel), plus defensive tackles Robert Nkemdiche (calf) and Rodney Gunter (non-injury related) did not participate in Friday practice.

Gunter is active for Sunday’s game. Nkemdiche, Ford and rookie offensive lineman Colby Gossett are inactive.

Safety Budda Baker (knee) and receiver Chad Williams (ankle) had already been ruled out of the game Friday by Cardinals head coach Steve Wilks.

Defensive back Bené Benwikere was expected to slide over from corner and fill in for Baker in some capacity, while rookie receiver Trent Sherfield is likely to receive reps in place of Williams after doing so last week in a loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.

For the Raiders, DE Fadol Brown, WR Martavis Bryant, offensive lineman Denver Kirkland, LB Emmanuel Lamur, T Justin Murray, WR Jordy Nelson and OL Ian Silberman are inactive.
