Phoenix Suns announce preseason schedule

The Phoenix Suns released their seven-game preseason schedule on Tuesday.
The Suns will open against Maccabi Bazan Haifa, the 2013 champions of the Israeli Basketball Super League, on Oct. 7 at US Airways Center.
Phoenix will play three exhibition home games, including their opener against Maccabi Haifa. They’ll also host the Los Angeles Clippers (Oct. 15) and the Oklahoma City Thunder (Oct. 22).
The Suns will also play four away contests versus the Portland Trail Blazers (Oct. 9), San Antonio Spurs (Oct. 13), Sacramento Kings (Oct. 17) and Denver Nuggets (Oct. 23).
