The Arizona Cardinals had three open roster spots after a flurry of moves on Monday and they filled one the same day.
The team announced they have claimed former Seattle Seahawks tight end Darrell Daniels off waivers.
Originally an undrafted free agent in 2017 out of Washington, Daniels has played in 21 career games for the Indianapolis Colts (2017) and Seahawks (2018). While that includes five starts, Daniels has three career catches for 26 yards.
Daniels was traded by the Colts to the Seahawks on Sept. 1 and made two starts this season for the Seahawks. He was waived on Saturday.
On Monday, the Cardinals released offensive tackle Andre Smith, cornerback Bene Benwikere and placed linebacker Josh Bynes on injured reserve.
