Wilks and Rosen clash … over who has the best holiday decorations

Cardinals head coach Steve Wilks has a quarterback controversy. He created this all his own.
That’s because Wilks is backing Arizona’s offensive linemen rather than their rookie signal-caller. The topic: Which position group has the best holiday decorations in their meeting room?
Rosen showed off the work put in by he and fellow rookie Chad Kanoff with a short video of the decorations in the QB room at Cardinals headquarters.

The door is wrapped. A wreath hung. Candy canes leading in.
Inside, an array of lights are strung around the room. There’s a menorah that spits fire and Christmas music blaring.
The controversy stems from Wilks’ assertion that the offensive linemen have done a better job this holiday season.
“I would give it to the offensive linemen. Their room looked pretty good,” he said Wednesday when asked to judge the two rooms.
Indeed, the linemen set the bar high. A week before the quarterbacks went to work, the line had already decorated their own position room.
“Byron (Leftwich) just kind of had a sly comment … ‘You know, we usually have the best room,'” Rosen said.
So that settled it. The quarterbacks had to step it up.
Rosen said it’s for others to decide whether the quarterbacks or offensive line did it better.
“It’s more effort,” he added of the quarterbacks’ office. “Definitely more effort put into it.”
