D-backs’ Torey Lovullo plays ‘Baseball Feud’ at MLB Winter Meetings

It makes sense that Torey Lovullo likes games. After all, his job is to manage a game every day during baseball season.

Yahoo Sports caught up with Lovullo, the manager of the Arizona Diamondbacks, at baseball’s winter meetings this year to play a game with him: Baseball Feud.

The rules of the game were similar to that of the hit TV game show “Family Feud.” Fans submitted answers to questions ahead of time, then Lovullo was presented with those same questions and tried to guess the most popular answers to each one. In his case, he offered a few answers that were his own, instead of trying to guess what would’ve been the most popular.

He was asked the following:

Who is one player who should be in the Hall of Fame, but isn’t?
What is the best baseball movie?
What is the best baseball stadium to visit?
What is the best ballpark snack?
On a scale of zero to 10, how much does pace of play bother you?
What is the toughest job in baseball?

Lovullo’s final score was 72, which was eventually revealed in Yahoo Sports’ video to be the lowest score of the three candidates that had played the game with host Mike Oz.

The other people that had played the game before Lovullo were Mark Teixeira and Eduardo Rodriguez.
