All-time great wide receiver, golf ace, charitable gentleman and world traveler are all common words used to describe Larry Fitzgerald. Can we add NBA Scout to the list?
The Arizona Cardinals receiver was spotted at the Ohio Valley Conference Tournament alongside many of the Phoenix Suns upper management, including owner Robert Sarver and interim co-general managers James Jones and Trevor Bukstein.
What a night at the #OVCTourney. All the ⭐’s were out at the @TheFordCenter on Friday.
Thanks for coming out @MagicJohnson and @LarryFitzgerald. Let’s do it again on Saturday. pic.twitter.com/tcy7BIzW8E

Fitzgerald and the Suns brass weren’t the only high-profile fans in attendance. Lakers president of basketball operations, Magic Johnson was also in attendance to watch the early stages of the mid-major tournament.
The headliner was Murray State point guard Ja Morant. Morant led the Racers to a two-point victory over Jacksonville State, helping his team earn a berth in the championship game against top-ranked Belmont.
Recently, the Suns front office has been scrutinized for not being more present scouting college players in live games.
Despite the scrutiny, Fitzgerald has remained close with and steadfast in his support of Sarver in recent months with regards to a new arena deal that was reached between the team and the City of Phoenix.
Could bringing along renaissance man Larry Fitzgerald help their front office image around the league and does it mean that Larry Fitzgerald could be responsible for the Suns drafting Ja Morant?
Only time will tell.
