Snapshot: Cardinals continue overtime win streak

Fitz may have only had three catches, but his talent provided a huge distraction to the Browns defense. When Andre Roberts caught a pass to open the Cardinals scoring, it was Fitz the defense was tracking. His 35-yard reception to set up the game-winning field goal in overtime sure didn't hurt. Beanie Wells only got 15 carries on Sunday, but his 51 yards and one touchdown were huge for the Cardinals. Wells' tenth TD of the season also put him in the Cardinals record books. He is now tied for the fourth-highest number of rushing touchdowns in a season for the franchise. The other backup who played Sunday was Seneca Wallace for the Browns. He played pretty well and, at time, frustrated the Cardinals defense. Wallace ended the game with 18 completions for 226 yards and a touchdown. Skelton decidedly won the Battle of the Backups. I'm not sure how he does it, but Cardinals quarterback John Skelton continues to win football games. The backup, who started in place of the injured Kevin Kolb, posted an impressive 313 yards, a touchdown on his 28 completions and an interception. At times, Skelton missed the easy throws, but came up with the big passes when he needed them, like his 35-yard toss to Larry Fitzgerald in overtime to set up the winning field goal. Make it three in a row -- overtime wins, that is. The Cardinals beat another team in overtime Sunday after coming back to tie the game. Granted, the Cards should have closed out the game prior to overtime, but where's the excitement in that? Jay Feely kicked the game winning field goal after Patrick Peterson had a beautiful punt return and Larry Fitzgerald caught a great pass from John Skelton.
