Snapshot: D-backs prove a point in San Francisco

This is what it looks like when you start to realize that your season isn't going as planned and the D-backs can play .500 ball over the final 22 games and still lock up the NL West. Ah, the sweet scene of a comeback.
The D-backs were down until the eighth inning, but a Ryan Roberts homer, a Willie Bloomquist triple and an Aaron Hill single drove in a total of four runs. The game ended with a score of 4-1. This picture really has nothing to do with the game, but it's very surreal -- and pretty sweet -- so we included it.

Justin Upton was ejected in the fourth inning for arguing a third-strike pitch. The pitch was close, but after all the no-calls he's gotten this season, who can blame him for blowing off a little steam? Starter Daniel Hudson nearly got the loss on Sunday, but he sure didn't deserve it. In seven innings, he only gave up three hits and one run.
