When it comes to special events at Chase Field, there’s usually a new food item involved.

The Arizona Diamondbacks announced fans can treat themselves to Red, White and Blue Nachos at Friday’s Fifth of July celebration.

This sweet treat uses cinnamon-sugar flour tortilla chips with vanilla frozen yogurt, berry compote whipped cream, white chocolate and red velvet cookie pieces. The concoction is only available for Friday’s game.

Fans can pick up the patriotic nachos at any Sweet Treat Portables.

Last year, the team introduced Red, White and Blue nachos but kept a classic twist on it with blue corn chips, Monterrey Jack cheese sauce, chorizo-red chile beans, sour cream and red pickled jalapenos.

On the field, the D-backs will wear stars and striped themed socks and caps throughout the weekend.

Following the game, fans can stay for a postgame fireworks show to wrap up the celebration.

Arizona will open a three-game series against the Colorado Rockies Friday before the All-Star break begins. Zack Greinke is set to be on the mound for the D-backs. First pitch is at 6:10 p.m., and gates open at 4 p.m.
