Former Cardinals DB Aeneas Williams is Hall of Fame finalist
Former Arizona Cardinals DB Aeneas Williams is a finalist for the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Williams played 10 seasons in Arizona, without missing a game, from 1991-2000 before finishing his career in St. Louis in 2004. He appeared in eight Pro Bowls, including six consecutive games between ’94 and ’99.
At various times with the Cardinals, Williams led the NFL with non-offensive touchdowns, fumble return yards, fumble returns for a touchdown, interceptions and interceptions returned for a touchdown.
Other finalists include Bill Parcells, wide receivers Tim Brown, Cris Carter and Andre Reed, running backs Jerome Bettis and Curtis Martin, former Kansas City Chiefs guard Will Shields, DEs/LBs Chris Doleman, Kevin Greene and Charles Haley, DT Cortez Kennedy, C Dermontti Dawson, offensive tackle Willie Roaf and owner Edward DeBartolo, Jr.
