Two former Arizona Cardinals are reportedly headed elsewhere in the NFL.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, former Cardinals tight end Ricky Seals-Jones has been claimed off of waivers by the Cleveland Browns.
Schefter also reports that former wideout Pharoh Cooper has been claimed by the Cincinnati Bengals.
Seals-Jones and Cooper were a part of the 28 players released on Saturday as the team looks to trim down the roster to 53.
Last season, Seals-Jones started five of the 15 games he played in for the Cardinals. The tight end recorded 34 receptions on 69 targets for 343 yards and a touchdown.
All told, Seals-Jones accumulated 544 yards and four scores on 46 catches in two seasons (25 games) with the team.
Cooper represented one of the odd men out in the wide-receiving battle this year in the Valley.
After two seasons with the Los Angeles Rams, where he recorded 190 yards on 25 receptions, Cooper was claimed off of waivers by the Cardinals in 2018.
Used solely as a punt returner, Cooper returned a total of six in two games played for Arizona, averaging 11.2 yards a return. His longest return maxed out at 45 yards.
