If you know a Miami Dolphins fan, they may need a hug.
Leading the clubhouse for worst loss of the season — in Week 1 — the Dolphins got smacked around by the Baltimore Ravens, losing 59-10 in the season opener.
So much so that starter Ryan Fitzpatrick was benched in the third quarter in favor of former Arizona Cardinals quarterback Josh Rosen.
Let’s just say things didn’t go swimmingly for Rosen in his first-ever Week 1 action.
Entering the game with 22 seconds left to play in the third quarter, Rosen found tight end Michael Gesicki for five yards.
But that short gain marked the only highlight of the day for the QB.

Tossing an interception to open up the fourth quarter, Rosen added to the team’s turnover total.
Rosen also threw an incompletion later in the game, recording just five yards on 1-of-3 passing and a 2.8 QB rating. He was sacked once.
“The score got to a point where we felt like we just wanted to put Josh in there,” Dolphins head coach Brian Flores said after the game. “Get him some work. Look, game reps are important, get him in there, get him some work.
“[Fitzpatrick] will be the starter next week, let’s be clear on that. We just want to get Josh in there and get him some game reps.”
And while both Dolphin quarterbacks struggled mightily, Ravens signal caller Lamar Jackson put on a show, throwing for 324 yards and five scores on 17-of-20 passing.
