Kyler Murray got caught sneaking out playing baseball in new Nissan ad

Sep 26, 2019, 4:42 PM | Updated: Sep 27, 2019, 11:54 pm

Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray seemed to get sick of the baseball questions early on in his NFL career but that hasn’t stopped him from playing along on the fun.

As a part of Nissan USA’s advertisements that take place from the Heisman House, Murray tries to sneak back in after playing baseball and is caught by Hall of Famer Eddie George when George conveniently slips in that his phone app told him Murray had started the car.

Donning Oakland Athletics colors on his shirt, Murray is disappointed and apologizes to other Heisman winners like Baker Mayfield, who lets his buddy know that they were worried about him.

Tennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota wants Murray to start acting like a Heisman winner before the most infamous two-sport athlete of all time Bo Jackson sneaks in himself.

Jackson touts a great night at the plate with a double, triple and homer to big-time support from his fellow Heisman honorees. That confounds Murray in the best bit of the commercial.

At least it was until Tim Tebow asked what the big deal was with Murray playing baseball, being able to relate with his brief stint in the New York Mets’ minor league system.

That proclamation is met with a neck pillow to the face from George.
