Coyotes, Grand Canyon Brewing collaborate on Kachina-inspired ale
The Arizona Coyotes are pulling out all the stops in the food and beverage department this season.
Not only is the team unveiling a number of new food items for their home opener on Saturday, the Coyotes are unleashing a new ale for thirsty fans.
Arizona has partnered with Grand Canyon Brewing Company to create the Kachina Throwback Ale.
“We are very excited to partner with Grand Canyon Brewing Company to introduce Kachina Throwback Ale to our fans this season,” Coyotes’ president & CEO Ahron Cohen said in a press release. “Kachina Throwback Ale tastes great and we’re confident that our fans will love this beer as much as they love our Kachina jerseys.”
The ale can be bought at numerous retail stores as well as during the Coyotes’ home games. The beer is also available at Grand Canyon Brewing Company’s brewery, tap house and restaurant in Williams, Ariz.

The best part? A portion of the proceeds from the beer sales will benefit the Arizona Coyotes Foundation, which benefits nonprofit first responders, veterans and children’s charities.
“Here at Grand Canyon Brewing Company, we have been over the moon about our partnership with the Arizona Coyotes since it began in the 2018-2019 season,” Alexander Phillips, director of sales and marketing at Grand Canyon Brewing Company said in the release.
“Their organization embodies many of the same principles as our own, with a focus on community involvement, education and the appreciation of our beautiful copper state.”
