Arizona Cardinals running back David Johnson, who had been mostly held out of practice since Week 7 against the Giants, was a full participant this week.

The No. 1 running back has dealt with an ankle injury which, along with an injury to Chase Edmonds (hamstring), forced the Cardinals to bolster their depth at the running back position and trade for Kenyan Drake, as well as make free agent additions.

After Johnson told the media Wednesday, “I’m definitely playing,” he practiced in full for three consecutive days, while Edmonds has been ruled out after failing to participate in practice all week. Johnson and Drake will be the running backs for Arizona this week against Tampa Bay.

Elsewhere on the field, veteran linebacker Terrell Suggs (hamstring) has been ruled as questionable after only being able to practice on Thursday this week, while cornerback Tramaine Brock (hamstring), defensive lineman Zach Allen (neck) and Brooks Reed (hamstring) have all been ruled out.
