GLENDALE, Ariz. — Six Arizona Cardinals are inactive Sunday as Arizona hosts the Cleveland Browns.

All are healthy scratches, and with the roster standing at 52 players, seven inactive players are not required. Among the players sitting out are 2019 NFL Draft picks KeeSean Johnson (sixth round), Deionte Thompson (fifth round), Lamont Gaillard (sixth round) and Josh Miles (seventh round).

Additionally, tight end Darrell Daniels and cornerback Jalen Davis are inactive. Daniels’ status means tight end Dan Arnold, who was acquired two weeks ago via waivers, could see playing time behind Maxx Williams and Charles Clay.

Johnson will be a healthy scratch for the third week in a row, a surprise considering he emerged out of training camp as a surprise contributor.

All five Arizona players listed as questionable to play as of the Friday injury report will give it a go.

Left guard Justin Pugh (back), rookie WR Andy Isabella (shoulder), cornerback Kevin Peterson (shoulder) and inside linebacker Joe Walker (ribs) will all be available against Cleveland.

The Cardinals only had six inactive players due to the Friday release of Terrell Suggs, which left the roster a man short of the maximum allowance.

For the Browns, tight end David Njoku is a surprise inactive.

He is joined on the sidelines by WR Taywan Taylor, S Eric Murray, DE Olivier Vernon, G Drew Forbes, TE Pharaoh Brown and DT Justin Zimmer.

Kickoff for the Cardinals-Browns game is at 2:05 p.m. and the game will air on 98.7 FM Arizona’s Sports Station.
