The Arizona Coyotes continue to make moves Monday afternoon.
The team has assigned forward Brayden Burke to AHL-affiliate Tucson Roadrunners, Arizona announced.
Burke, 22, has recorded 11 goals and 13 assists for 24 total points as a member of the Roadrunners this season. He’s also registered 14 penalty minutes.
Last season, Burke scored 13 goals and 20 assists for 33 points and recorded 24 PIM in 67 games with Tucson.
The forward signed a three-year entry-level contract with the Coyotes back in March 2018.
The move comes following a busy day for the Coyotes, who acquired forward Taylor Hall and AHL forward Blake Speers from the New Jersey Devils in exchange for prospects Kevin Bahl (defenseman), Nick Merkley and Nate Schnarr (forwards), a 2020 conditional first-round pick and a 2021 conditional third-round pick.
The Coyotes’ next matchup is Tuesday, when the team travels to San Jose take on the Sharks.
