Arizona Diamondbacks Events & Entertainment and Levy Restaurants executive chef Stephen Tilder is working his magic again in preparation for the upcoming Cheez-It Bowl hosted at Chase Field on Dec. 27.
Known for specialty food items during the Arizona Diamondbacks season, such as the 18-inch specialty hot dogs and churro dog dessert, he revealed earlier this week two special food items available for the game between Washington State and Air Force.
Fans will be able to enjoy the Cheez-It walking taco and Coney Island Cheez-It dog at Taste of Chase in section 130.

The latter is a hot dog topped with Monterey Jack cheese sauce, onions and original Cheez-It crackers. The walking tacos will be served in a bag of Cheddar Jack Cheez-It crackers topped with pork carnitas, cheddar cheese, pico de gallo and sour cream.
“It wouldn’t be the Cheez-It Bowl without some fun, delicious, Cheez-It inspired food available to fans,” Jeff Delonis, senior director of marketing for Cheez-It said. “Chef Tilder has really delivered some fantastic recipes that really highlight the cheesy, crunchy satisfaction that only Cheez-It can deliver.”
The walking tacos are $11 and the Cheez-It dog is $10.
Kick off between Washington State (6-6, 3-6) and Air Force (10-2, 7-1) is 8:15 p.m.
