Former Arizona State football offensive coordinator Rob Likens has found a new home.
Likens was hired as the Miami wide receivers coach, the team announced Friday.
Likens spent three seasons on the ASU coaching staff. He was hired in Dec. 2016 as a wide receivers coach and passing game coordinator and was promoted to offensive coordinator the following year.
Last season, the Sun Devils finished 94th in scoring with 25.2 points per game and 88th in yards per game with 379.6.
He was fired by ASU in December.
Miami’s wide receivers coaching position opened up in January when Taylor Stubblefield accepted the same position at Penn State.
Likens will be expected to help new Miami offensive coordinator Rhett Lashlee create a no-huddle spread attack, according to the Miami Herald.
