Arizona Cardinals left tackle D.J. Humphries is not the only NFL player happy about his contract extension worth $29 million in guaranteed money.
Former Cardinal and Super Bowl champion Tyrann Mathieu also expressed his happiness for the Big Red Rage co-host while remembering to take a slight jab at his former team.
Big ups to Hump on the deal. Don’t let them take it back.

Mathieu was cut by Arizona following the 2017-18 season after he was asked to re-structure his contract. He was cut one day before he would have earned an $8 million guaranteed salary for 2019 and two days before he was owed a $5 million roster bonus for 2018.
Since then, the Honey Badger has had a very open dialog with former teammates on social media.
In December, Mathieu encouraged Cardinals running back David Johnson to “come to KC” on Twitter.
He also commented via Twitter on Patrick Peterson believing in him after it was announced Mathieu was selected to his second NFL All-Pro Team in January.
As for Humphries, the new contract makes him the third-highest paid left tackle in average annual value, according to OverTheCap.com.
The deal also makes Humphries the 10th highest paid left tackle in terms of guaranteed money if he heeds the Honey Badger’s advice and doesn’t, “let them take it back.”
