For those trapped inside on their birthday, Phoenix Suns center Frank Kaminsky can relate.
Kaminsky celebrated his birthday at home Saturday — but he had some guests show up to surprise him while properly socially distancing.

The Suns tweeted a video of team staffers driving by Kaminsky’s house to honk, wave and wish him a happy birthday as he turns 27.
It took at least one minute and 41 seconds for the procession to pass. Apologies to the neighbors who were interrupted by the honking, though it may not have been as annoying as a 1:41 “happy birthday” song.
Kaminsky played 32 games for the Suns this year and averaged 11 points and 4.9 rebounds in 22.4 minutes per contest. His season was cut short in late December due to a stress fracture in his knee that he didn’t have time to recover from before the NBA suspended play due to the spread of the coronavirus.
During this time off, Suns players have tried to keep busy and involved in the basketball world.
Guard Devin Booker and center Deandre Ayton are participating in a players-only NBA 2K20 tournament that started Friday.
The Suns’ organization has been following its scheduled games by live-streaming 2K on Twitch on each game night, often using athletes or celebrities to control the team.
