Frank Kaminsky looks like he’s kind of losing it like all of us in quarantine

Let’s face it. We are all very bored right now. And that’s after we’ve all burned through most of our television, movie, and book recommendations that we could just never quite find the time for.

There’s a lot of spare time up for grabs with most of the country under quarantine due to the coronavirus.

That includes NBA players, who had their season suspended. Players have to stay in shape with the possibility the season is still on, but they are limited to workouts from home and the likes of open fields and whatnot.

Phoenix Suns big man Frank Kaminsky clearly has a nice setup here in Arizona that’s treating him well.

He showed it off on social media Thursday and must have been going through his own workout when coming up with the idea for this ludicrous and entertaining video.

Kaminsky is shown in the video soaking up the sun before music blares throughout his backyard. That triggers Kaminsky into a rapid-fire obstacle course of a workout that includes some curls, a dunk, jump rope, a quick jacuzzi dip ending with a Stone Cold Steve Austin inspired beer explosion and it wraps up with a jump in the pool.

This writer is jealous of Kaminsky, as planning this out and filming the video probably took at least 30 minutes, 30 minutes I am jealous he had doing something creative and fun. Back to watching Ozark I guess.
