The Arizona Cardinals continue to aid the community during the coronavirus spread.

With the demand for personal protective equipment higher than ever, the Cardinals are hosting a PPE collection drive at State Farm Stadium on Saturday from noon to 4 p.m.

Partnering with Project C.U.R.E, the drive will focus on the collection of unused/unopened packages of the following items that are most needed. That includes:

– Eye protection and goggles
– Clear face shields
– Surgical masks
– N95 masks
– Sterile and non sterile gloves
– Shoe covers
– Hand sanitizer
– Bottles of 70% rubbing alcohol

Those looking to participate in the drive should enter from 95th Avenue north of Cardinals Way and access the Orange Lot where donations will be received, the team said in a press release.

In order to maintain social distancing during the drive, those making donations are asked to remain in their vehicles and drive through the drop-off locations.

The PPE collection drive is the latest event the Cardinals have held in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.

In March, the team made a $1 million donation to the Arizona Coronavirus Relief Fund and hosted three blood drives at State Farm Stadium.

The Cardinals have also assisted small businesses, started the “Cardinals Carry-out” plan to spotlight local eats and provided one million meals to five local food banks.
