Los Angeles Chargers drop refreshed bolt uniforms

The Los Angeles Chargers already knew they had a good thing going.
So they knew not to stray too far from that in a uniform redesign. By most accounts, they succeeded.
The Chargers dropped a 2020 refresh of their jerseys on Tuesday, and it’s hard to argue against anything updated with their bolt-themed drip.

“The all navy has always been my favorite and those are even cooler,” defensive end Joey Bosa told the team website. “I like the simple bolt, too, how it just has the yellow and the blue in it.”
Sticking with a powder blue and sunshine gold color palate, the team’s updated bolt logo is featured prominently on the helmets, shoulders and pant legs. Home jerseys are powder blue, away jerseys are white, and there are two color rush alternate uniforms in royal blue and navy.
Pant legs come in white, gold, navy and royal blue.
The Chargers are the latest NFL team to remaster their jerseys so far this offseason. The Patriots, Falcons, Buccaneers and Browns are among the other teams who went through jersey releases in the past few weeks.
