Could San Francisco 49ers play home games at State Farm Stadium?

State Farm Stadium may not just be the home stadium of Arizona Cardinals games this season. The Las Vegas Review-Journal presented a question: Could it also be used for San Francisco 49ers home games?
In the face of the coronavirus pandemic, California Gov. Gavin Newsom and Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti said last month that mass gatherings, like sporting events, would not return until there’s a vaccine for COVID-19.
That leaves the Los Angeles Chargers, Los Angeles Rams and 49ers searching for alternatives for the 2020 season if sporting events without fans aren’t able to take place until 2021.
According to the Review-Journal and ProFootball Focus, San Francisco could share State Farm Stadium if California has not lifted the ban on mass gatherings.
There would be no scheduling conflicts between the teams.

Both teams have home games during Week 9, but the 49ers play on Thursday night against the Green Bay Packers while the Cardinals play Sunday against the Miami Dolphins.
The same instance appears during Week 13 where the Cardinals play Sunday against Rams while the 49ers play Monday night against the Buffalo Bills.
The Cardinals are supposed to open up Week 1 on the road against the 49ers, which would wind up being in their own stadium.
As for the Rams and Chargers, they could play their home games at the Las Vegas Raiders’ new stadium, according to the Las Vegas Review Journal.
However, there would be a few conflicts with three teams sharing a stadium.
The Raiders and Rams would have a conflict on Week 4.
The Raiders are scheduled to host the Bills and the Rams are set to host the New York Giants. One game would be moved to Monday night if the plan happens.
During Week 10, the Raiders host the Broncos and the Rams host the Seahawks on the same day.
In Week 14, the Raiders and Chargers also have a same-day conflict with the Raiders hosting the Indianapolis Colts and the Chargers hosting the Falcons.
If the plan happens, the Chargers and Rams would both play at Allegiant Stadium before the Raiders get a chance to play in their new stadium.
