The Arizona Wildcats will open the 2020 season against Arizona State on Sept. 26 and have learned the entirety of their 10-game 2020 football schedule consisting of only Pac-12 opponents.

Arizona has a bye in Week 4, sandwiched between road games at Colorado and USC in Weeks 3 and 5, respectively. The Pac-12 Championship game would be on either Dec. 18 or 19.

Having already dropped non-conference games due to the coronavirus pandemic, a collection of Pac-12 athletic directors, football coaches and directors of football operations have been planning a revised schedule while working with a league coronavirus advisory committee. The 10 conference games will consist of five division games and five crossover games.

Pac-12 leaders approved the 10-game conference-only schedule format in a meeting Friday.

Sept. 26, which would be the fourth week of the previously-scheduled college football season, is the planned start date for the Pac-12 season.

The Wildcats will now play California after already being lined up to play ASU, USC, UCLA, Utah, Colorado, Stanford, Washington, Oregon and Oregon State.
