The NFL is back!

And you know what that means?

The return of the Doug & Wolf weekly NFL power rankings.

Doug Franz, Ron Wolfley and Paul Calvisi gave their top five picks as we enter the new season. There’s no surprises at the top, with the reigning Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs garnering everyone’s No. 1 vote.

From there, however, the trio differed on opinions with six teams getting at least one vote. Outside of the Chiefs, only the Baltimore Ravens received three votes in the power poll.

An ESPN Simulation of the 2020 season has the Chiefs repeating as Super Bowl champs, giving Franz and Wolfley some backing to their choice. However, the team the Chiefs beat in the 2020 finale happens to be a pick made by only Calvisi in power poll.

Here’s a look at the trio’s entire rankings of the five best teams in the NFL:

Doug Franz

1. Chiefs
2. Saints
3. Ravens
4. 49ers
5. Buccaneers

Ron Wolfley

1. Chiefs
2. Packers
3. 49ers
4. Ravens
5. Buccaneers

Paul Calvisi

1. Chiefs
2. Ravens
3. Saints
4. Packers
5. Cowboys
