The Arizona Cardinals announced Monday they have signed offensive lineman Alex Light to the practice squad.
In a corresponding move, the team placed safety Kentrell Brice on the practice squad injured reserve list due to an ankle injury.
Light, 24, was an undrafted free agent out of Richmond in 2018 and signed with the Green Bay Packers. He appeared in 16 games the past two seasons, playing at both guard and tackle, with 13 games played in 2019.
Light was released by the Packers from the practice squad on Thursday.
Brice was signed by the Cardinals in early August. He has played 36 games from 2016-18 across three different teams.
