We’ve reached Week 3 of the NFL regular season and the action on the gridiron is heating up fast.
Last week saw the Arizona Cardinals move to 2-0 for the year, which is their best start since the 2015 regular season.
We also saw the Green Bay Packers, Baltimore Ravens, Kansas City Chiefs and Seattle Seahawks picks up victories.
The Packers rolled past the Detroit Lions, 42-21, while the Ravens beat the Houston Texans, 33-16.
The Chiefs beat the Chargers, 23-20, in overtime and the Seahawks beat the New England Patriots, 35-30.
The hometown Cardinals will look to move to 3-0 this Sunday, when the winless Lions come to Glendale.
The trio of Doug Franz, Ron Wolfley and Paul Calvisi pretty much were lockstep this week in their top-five teams though the exact order varied quite a bit.
Both Franz and Calvisi are in agreement that the Cardinals’ early season success is not a fluke, with both putting them in their top-five this week.
Here’s a look at the trio’s rankings of the top five teams in the NFL:
