Parker, Vassallo among Cardinals rookie free agents

After adding seven players to their roster via the NFL
Draft, the Arizona Cardinals have inked seventeen
undrafted
rookies to contracts.
Among the seventeen are former ASU linebacker Colin Parker
and Arizona linebacker Paul Vassallo.
Parker led the Sun Devils defense in 2011 with 75 total
tackles and earned honorable mention All-Pac-12 honors.
The 6-foot-1, 223-pound Hamilton High grad finished his
ASU career with 140 total tackles in 44 games (18 starts).
Vassallo played two season with the Wildcats, starting 25
consecutive games at linebacker. After his freshman
season at Nevada and his sophomore season at Sierra
(Rocklin, Calif.) Community College, Vassallo registered
172 total tackles, 13 tackles for loss and three sacks.
