Pac-12 releases 2020 football schedule; ASU, Arizona face off Dec. 11

The Conference of Champions released the modified Pac-12 football schedule for the 2020 season on Saturday.

The Arizona State Sun Devils and Arizona Wildcats continue their battle for the Territorial Cup Dec. 11 at Arizona Stadium in Tucson.

The Sun Devils are looking to make it four straight victories over the Wildcats. Although, Arizona still holds the overall lead with a 49-43-1 record.

Each Pac-12 team will play six games this season beginning Nov. 7, with three home games and three road games on the docket for all 12.

The conference championship, which represents the seventh and final game of the year for the two teams involved, is set for Dec. 19. The other Pac-12 schools not in the champ game will also play during the championship weekend.

Week 1: Nov. 7 — at USC
Week 2: Nov. 14 — vs. California
Week 3: Nov. 21 — at Colorado
Week 4: Nov. 28 — vs. Utah
Week 5: Dec. 5 — vs. UCLA
Week 6: Dec. 11 — at Arizona
* Dec. 19 — Pac-12 Championship

2020 Arizona Wildcats football schedule

Week 1: Nov. 7 — at Utah
Week 2: Nov. 14 — vs. USC
Week 3: Nov. 21 — at Washington
Week 4: Nov. 28 — at UCLA
Week 5: Dec. 5 — vs. Colorado
Week 6: Dec. 11 — vs. Arizona State
* Dec. 19 — Pac-12 Championship

The Pac-12 first approved the return of football on Sept. 24 after originally postponing it to the spring on Aug. 11. A decision was a made at a long-awaited Pac-12 CEO Group meeting that included commissioner Larry Scott, as well as presidents and chancellors from across the conference.
