After every Arizona Diamondbacks game we’ll examine the
box score and provide you with instant analysis. So it’s
time to go Inside the Box for April 27, 2011: Diamondbacks 9, Twins 6

The Good:

A six-run eight inning won it for the Diamondbacks after two RBIs from Miguel Montero and a grand slam from the recently struggling Kelly Johnson, who only had the one hit in the game.

The Bad:

The Diamondbacks defense was an issue the entire night and the cause of several runs getting in. Throughout the season, the D-backs have struggled on the defensive side of the game and tonight struggled when executing plays.

The Funky:

Despite winning, the D-backs managed a total of five errors. This is a season-high mark for the team.
