Vegas is noticing the Diamondbacks

If you are the type of person who places a bet on their favorite team to win its respective championship before the season regardless of how good they are supposed to be, you are in a good spot right now with regards to the Diamondbacks.

Last week, Arizona was 100/1 to win World Series. After winning 7 straight, D-backs are now 30/1. http://bit.ly/96hA05less than a minute ago via Twuffer Favorite Retweet Reply

That’s right, even Las Vegas is starting to recognize what the Diamondbacks are doing.

Being a first place team at the end of May helps, and winning 15 of 17 (including seven in a row) will certainly get a team noticed.

That said, we’re not going to advocate rushing to place your bet. The Diamondbacks still carry worse odds than 13 other teams, so while Vegas is buying the idea that the Diamondbacks are good, they’re not quite sold on them as a World Series favorite.
