Cardinals-Dolphins injury report: RB Kenyan Drake, CB Dre Kirkpatrick out

In addition to losing outside linebacker Devon Kennard and nickel Byron Murphy to the coronavirus reserve list, the Arizona Cardinals will be missing two other notable contributors on Sunday against the Miami Dolphins.
Running back Kenyan Drake did not practice all week and will sit out due to an ankle injury, while cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick was also ruled out for the Week 9 home game as he deals with a thigh issue.
Defensive lineman Jordan Phillips, though, is questionable. He practiced in a limited fashion on Thursday and Friday after being out Wednesday with a hamstring problem. Special teamer Zeke Turner is also questionable with a toe injury.
Starting linebacker Jordan Hicks was limited on Wednesday and Thursday due to ankle and wrist injuries, but he practiced in full on Friday.
For Miami, leading rusher Myles Gaskin did not practice Wednesday and then was added to the injured reserve on Thursday because of a knee injury. Fellow back Matt Breida was ruled out with a hamstring problem.

Running back Patrick Laird was a noteworthy upgrade for Miami from a limited participant on Wednesday to a full go on Thursday after dealing with an ankle injury.
That could leave veteran running back Jordan Howard as a potential starter for Sunday’s matchup, and Howard has been a healthy scratch as of late for Miami.
