The time was right for the Diamondbacks, Goldschmidt

It was time for Paul Goldschmidt to become a Diamondback.
After tearing up the Double-A level there was really nothing left for the man to prove in the minor leagues.
“Goldschmidt has crazy raw power and a pretty good idea of the strike zone,” ESPN MLB insider Keith Law said. “What he lacks is…he doesn’t have great bat speed.”
Law said Goldschmidt will have to learn to fight off pitches he can’t turn on, meaning going the other way for base hits or fouling off the ball until he gets something good to hit.
