Cardinals-Rams injury report: Budda Baker, Larry Fitzgerald questionable
Arizona Cardinals safety Budda Baker is listed as questionable against the Rams after not practicing for the second day in a row due to a neck injury.
The timing is not ideal for the Cardinals, as safety Chris Banjo was placed on the COVID-19 reserve list Thursday. That leaves Jalen Thompson, Deionte Thompson and Charles Washington as the three other safeties on the active roster.
Jalen Thompson has practiced in full all three days, being set to return for the first time since Week 11 due to an ankle injury.
Elsewhere, wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins was upgraded from limited to full as he works through a hip issue. That same upgrade came for linebacker Haason Reddick (hip). Tight ends Maxx Williams (ankle) and Darrell Daniels were limited in practice and are both questionable for Sunday’s matchup.
Running back Chase Edmonds (hip) and wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald (groin) did not practice for the third day in a row.
Head coach Kliff Kingsbury told reporters Friday that both Edmonds and Fitzgerald will be game-time decisions.
For the Los Angeles Rams, running back Cam Akers (ankle) returned to limited practice and is questionable to play. Linebacker Leonard Floyd (abdomen) was added to the injury list as questionable.
