The Arizona State Sun Devils men’s basketball was without four players in Thursday night’s 81-75 loss in OT to the UCLA Bruins.
CBS Sports’ Jon Rothstein first reported that Remy Martin would miss the game to attend his grandfather’s funeral, while Jalen Graham was out due to mononucleosis.
Rothstein also reported that ASU was without Jaelen House and Taeshon Cherry “due to non-disciplinary issues.”
The Sun Devils came into Thursday night’s conference matchup at Desert Financial Arena coming off a 76-63 loss to UTEP on Dec. 16.
ASU had not been able to play since then due to one game cancelation and three Pac-12 postponements because of the coronavirus pandemic.
The 4-4 (1-1) Sun Devils will now host the USC Trojans on Saturday, who are coming off of an 87-73 win over the Arizona Wildcats at the McKale Center in Tucson.
